Fault Lines Releases “Equal Parts” from Forthcoming 'Such Is Life', EP Due Out January 26th
Chattanooga, TN - Metalcore outfit Fault Lines has just released their new single off the band’s forthcoming EP entitled Such Is Life. The single, entitled “Equal Parts,” features Silent Planet vocalist Garrett Russel and will be the fifth track off the January 26th six track EP.
“This EP is a collection of songs that open up a dialogue about various feelings or things that we as humans have to deal with in our lives, that aren't exactly positive. We didn't want to sugar-coat the content so a lot of it comes off as cynical or melancholy, but it's honest which is what we were going for. The release deals with addiction, anxiety, fighting complacency and a few other subjects that are harsh realities of the world we live in. We hope that you find some solace in knowing that you are not alone in these issues and that you can get through it. That's the main idea of this EP... You will get past it and move on, and it's worth it to.” - Corey Pettit (Screamer)
1. High Strung 2. Self/Destruct 3. Lifelike 4. Write Me Off 5. Equal Parts 6. Gypsy Blood
About Fault Lines:
Fault Lines is a 6-piece metal/hardcore hybrid that strives to push the limits of what is defined as "heavy music". Paralleling gut-wrenching breakdowns and powerful melodies are staples of what you'll find from Fault Lines sonically. The outfit aims to provoke thought and change through honest and relatable lyrical content.

Rome Hero Foxes Sign with Esque Records & Stream Sophomore Album
Progressive indie-rock quintet Rome Hero Foxes has recently inked a deal with Esque Records (owned by Kurt Travis of A Lot Like Birds). The band will be releasing their sophomore full-length For When You're Falling Backwards on January 24th, but you can hear the entire thing now via Substeam Magazine.
"'For When You're Falling Backwards' is an album that lives up to its own name for the purpose of self-healing and growth, says vocalist C.j Burton. "This record explores every emotion and characteristic of what it's like to be lost in yourself or in a relationship that you know you shouldn't be a part of. As a songwriter who relies on music to get through hard times, I wanted to produce a record that documents my experiences with this theme and have it be a crutch for someone who is undergoing similar issues and hurdles in life with themselves or someone else. This album is for anyone who feels they've lost control and don't have something to grab onto; it's for when you're falling backwards in life."
The record was produced by Mike Sahm at Dream Awake Audio and pre-orders are available now via Esque Records.
About Rome Hero Foxes:

RHF is well known for their articulate and unique style of song writing while delivering a very synchronized and consistent live performance. Following their debut album, Hunters & Demons released in March of 2014, the band is scheduled to follow up with a new sounding release in 2016.
BLACK ORCHID EMPIRE ANNOUNCE DEBUT SINGLE
London-based trio Black Orchid Empire have unveiled their incredible first single ‘Come In’. Infusing complex melodies and mammoth riffs, Black Orchid Empire’s unique sound is instantly memorable – yet beautifully vulnerable.
Listen to ‘Come In’ here:
Exceptionally driven and unquestionably talented, BOE have performed alongside heavyweights such as Biffy Clyro, Skunk Anansie, Feeder and Editors and are thriving in the resurgent British rock scene.
“In the beginning we just hurled riffs around in a sweaty rehearsal space, making music that we loved simply for the joy of making it. It was such a raw, heartfelt process, and it spawned so much music that has become incredibly precious to us.
We poured everything into refining and shaping those first ideas until they evolved into the songs we have now. Survival of the fittest riff. This became our core ethos – to make music that we would obsess over if we were fans of the band. That's all we do.
Our first single 'Come In' is the gateway drug to BOE – it has an evocative lyrical message, hook-laden melodies, killer riffs and intricate time-signature stuff but mostly it's just about saying 'this is what we love to do'. This song defines us.” - Vocalist Paul Visser
Winners of Emergenza UK, the band includes previous members of highly-acclaimed groups Queen Adreena and Cape Fear, and is poised to be one of the breakthrough acts of the year.
Watch out for the official music video for ‘Come In’ and forthcoming full-length debut album.
The band will be celebrating the single release with a special free show and launch party at London’s Borderline on the 2nd of March. Details below:

Nashville's Leaders And Kings Sign with Standby Records; New Self-Titled LP Out Now
Nashville rockers Leaders And Kings have signed with Standby Records and have just released their self-titled label debut, which is available on iTunes andGoogle Play.
The band says, "We are so proud and excited to be a part of the Standby Records Family, we are looking forward to a magnificent 2016. We can't wait for the fans reaction from our new album, our sound has evolved into something we are very proud of."
Established in 2013, founding members Casey Self, Johnny Reeves, Nick Monroe, and Weiss met while hanging out in downtown Nashville, just after they decided to make the move to Tennessee to pursue their music careers.
After talking to each other about their plans in Nashville, the guys soon figured out they had all originally moved to Tennessee from North Carolina and only lived about an hour or so apart from one another.
A few months later, the band entered Omni Sound Studios to record their first album with producer Voytek Kochanek (Ozzy Osbourne, Queensryche), and immediately began booking shows at well known venues in Nashville like 12th & Porter and The Rutledge, thus helping them develop a great start in Music City and establish a loyal following.
The following year, the band went back to Omni Sound Studios to record their second album "Never Seen the Day." In July of 2014, Leaders And Kings performed on the Ernie Ball Stage on Vans Warped Tour and later went on to become the only rock band to perform during CMA Fan Fest in downtown Nashville.
The band's new self-titled Standby Records debut was recorded at Studio D with co-producers Don DeBiase (Modern Day Escape, Black Veil Brides) and Jeremy Stempert (Black Veil Brides, Light the Fire).
Lethal Injektion Releases "Voices" Music Video From Upcoming Album 'Sex Money Power'
Tucson, Arizona based Rap / Rock band Lethal Injektion has released the music video for their track "Voices" off their upcoming album Sex Money Power which is set for release this March. The video was filmed, directed, and edited by Irin Daniels of Marmera Films. Watch Lethal Injektion's "Voices" music video below:
"Voices" was written for the purpose of letting loved ones know it's not just what's on the outside, or the inside. It is remembering the sound, tone, beauty & what people say that is often overlooked by so many.. Words from the mouth can be equally important as looks, physical attraction, & mental attraction. - Jacob Ryan (The Raskal)
About Lethal Injektion:
Lethal Injektion is the newest Rap/Rock sensation, based out of Tucson Arizona. The band was put together with Tucson’s hottest top tier artists, to make an undeniable sound & movement. Jacob Ryan, is a successful independent rap artist under the rap name The Raskal, who most recently won West Coast Artist Of The Year @ The UnderGround Music Awards in New York in Decemeber 2015. The Raskal has also had major write ups in The Source, allhiphop.com, and WorldStar Hip Hop, along with other big features. Jonathan Russell is most known for his amazing talents, as the vocalist in his own band, Stands With Fists. Stands With Fists has had a lot of independent success as well doing several huge events such as KnotFest & KFMA’s Fall Ball just to name a few. Jacob reached out to Jonathan, back in July, with an idea and concept never before seen or done in Tucson. A fusion of hardcore, passionate, hip hop lyrics, blended with high energy, aggressive metal tones and rhythms. The one thing missing was a band, to make it all come together. Using his deep connections in the Tucson metal scene, Jonathan reached out to a young, talented, upstart band called Within A Dream, to finalize this new supergroup. Guitarists Matti Hoffman, David Gorst, and Lawrence McIntyre team up with drummer Shawn Shindle, and bassist Alex Parra, to provide a unique yet marketable sound to accompany Jonathan’s wide vocal range and dynamic melodies, as well as Jacob’s gritty, yet clever rhymes and distinct voice. Their debut single “Strength Through Struggle” has done amazing numbers, and is available on all major digital music outlets. The band released their follow up single, and very first music video “Voices” on their youtube channel Friday January 15 and is getting a lot of attention. Be on the lookout for their debut album “Sex Money Power” under the home umbrella RuffLife Recordz coming out this Spring 2016.

DECAPITATED - Band releases official video for 'Veins' in advance of tour
Polish death metal masters DECAPITATED have released an official video for the track 'Veins'. The unique animated video was created by Polish based animator / concept artist Łukasz Rusinek and depicts an apocalyptic universe featuring droids and feuding superpowers. Watch the video exclusively over on the band's website here:
www.decapitatedband.net
Łukasz commented on the video: "Animation is an area extremely time-consuming and the fact that I work alone only adds to the sad fact that, especially during complex productions such as the video for the song 'Veins' by Decapitated, my little ones await their father to come back home in the evenings in vain and my newlywed wife withers at the window longing to see me. Despite these minor inconveniences, I do not complain because I love to combine sound with vision.
On most occasions I prepare scripts myself. And so it was this time. I came up with a short story with the apocalypse in the background, set in a slightly imaginary universe in which droids fight on battlefields instead of humans, intelligence cells of feuding superpowers plot their rise to power, and the relics of the Cold War keep waiting for someone to finally press that 'damn button'. Enjoy."
The video is being released in support of the Decapitated's forthcoming tour dates across the US, EU and UK. Speaking about their international dates, the band commented: "We can't wait to start the touring ahead - we're in America, Canada, UK and Europe with some great bands and look forward to playing in front of our loyal Decapitated fans across the world!”
Decapitated have joined forces with Sylosis for the UK leg of their tour, with the dates racking up as follows:

PURSON - NEW ALBUM ‘DESIRE’S MAGIC THEATRE’ RELEASE DATE MOVED TO APRIL 29TH 2016
NEW ALBUM, ‘DESIRE’S MAGIC THEATRE’, RELEASE DATE MOVED TO APRIL 29TH 2016
Purson welcomes you to Desire’s Magic Theatre… just a little later than originally anticipated…
Fans can now expect the album to be released globally on April 29th 2016 under the Spinefarm / Machine Elf banner, rather than on the previously announced date of March 23rd. The change has been brought about by exciting tour developments in the US, all of which will be revealed in good time…
Desire’s Magic Theatre draws inspiration from the rock operas of the late sixties and early seventies; musically, visually and lyrically, it touches on a variety of realms, including folk, prog, psychedelic, gothic & classic rock, making telling use of classical instruments and complex arrangements, and fully exploring the outer limits of reel to reel tape.
Says singer / guitarist /song-writer Rosalie Cunningham: “Desire’s Magic Theatre has turned out to be everything I’d imagined and more! My world has been so consumed by it that I’ve barely been able to reflect on what it has become: a technicolour variety show, a playful display of the musical whims only briefly hinted at in our previous work; a psychedelic rock opera dedicated to our good friends Sarge Pepper and Zig Stardust.”
Purson – Cunningham, George Hudson (guitars), Samuel Robinson (keyboards), Justin Smith (bass), Raphael Mura (drums) – have recently returned from a six-week tour of North America Special Guesting with Ghost, following on from a stint on the Kiss Kruise IV plus a sold-out Los Angeles debut at the notorious Viper Room.
Previously announced UK headline dates remain unchanged.
