OVERKILL - Band streams track video in support of forthcoming UK tour
New Jersey's thrash legends Overkill are set to embark on an eight date tour across the UK and Ireland in April with labelmates, Vader. In celebration of the run of dates, the band has revealed a track video for 'Down To The Bone'.

METAL ON THE HILL! Heavy Metal returns to Graz!
Is anybody surprised that a town bearing a name like Eisenerz (= iron ore) is home to an absolute metal giant like NAPALM RECORDS? Of course not. Much more baffling though is that the Austrian state of Styria – to which Eisenerz belongs – hasn`t seen a metal-only festival in ages! Luckily Napalm`s live department NAPALM EVENTS has now stepped in to riff all of Southern Austria out of its slumber…
In cooperation with “Spielstätten Graz”, this one will have its baptism of fire in 2016 at the picturesque “Schloßberg”: METAL ON THE HILL is the name of the game!
Directly beneath the highest point of Styria`s capital – the plateau of the Schloßberg – lies Graz` most popular open air event location: the Schloßberg stage Kasematten. A stage plus a vast auditorium in the old fortress walls had was erected in the 1930s – an absolute trademark of the city! Especially during summer nights and open air events the place is brimming with darkly romantic atmosphere. A sliding roof protects the audience from any fitful weather.
In addition, the first festival day (attention: limited capacity!) will go down at the “Dom im Berg” (= mountain cathedral). This venue is definitely Graz` most unique event location! In 1999, this multifunctional spot was carved out of the mountain and opened to the public at the 2000 state fair.

GYPSY CHIEF GOLIATH Returns For Release Of Third Album Through Pitch Black Records This April
Pitch Black Records is thrilled to announce the return of one of Canada's premier stoner metal acts, GYPSY CHIEF GOLIATH, with their new, third album, Citizens Of Nowhere, set for release this April.
Citizens Of Nowhere is the follow-up to GYPSY CHIEF GOLIATH's superb New Machines Of The Night (Pitch Black Records, 2013) which received numerous praises worldwide, including the #4 spot in Revolver Magazine's online readers poll for album of the week as well as charting #15 on the CMJ Loud Charts.
The main driving force behind GYPSY CHIEF GOLIATH, vocalist/guitarist Al "The Yeti" Bones (also of Serpents Of Secrecy, The Mighty Nimbus, Georgian Skull, Mister Bones) comments: "It's been awesome working with such a flagship independent metal label like Pitch Black Records. It's so important to form an alliance with a label that believes in what you do as much as you do. Our new album is a smoke riff masterpiece that tells tales of the apocalypse, death, space, time travel, and the almighty highway!"
Proudly (and rightly so) declaring their affection for that good old warm sound, GYPSY CHIEF GOLIATH has gone completely analogue on this one, recording on reel to reel tape at Sharktank Studios in Windsor, Ontario. The album includes eleven tracks, with a cover of the Sabbath classic "Killing Yourself To Live" as a CD bonus. Clocking in at just under an hour, this is an album that truly "reels" the listener in right from the start and the band's unique style of bluesy stoner rock/metal, which includes three guitars and a harmonica, is set to captivate audiences once again.
Citizens Of Nowhere is scheduled for release on April 15th on CD and digital download.

Courage My Love Launching First UK/EU Tour in May
Courage My Love are heading out on their first UK/European tour starting in May. The headline trek will feature support from Over.
Front woman Mercedes Arn-Horn says, "We're so excited and proud to be heading out on our first ever UK / European tour! This is something we've been trying to make happen for years now. Our fans over there have been so patient and supportive, we can't wait to finally come to them and thank them all in person. See you out on the road!”
The band's latest effort 'Becoming', was re-issued last spring as a full LP with 6 additional tracks via InVogue Records.
Since being discovered in a local battle of the bands contest, Courage My Love have since cut their teeth and built their audience with fiery live performances. Alternative Press Magazine pegged Courage My Love as one of the top '100 Bands You Need to Know’. In 2014, the band was nominated for a JUNO award for 'Breakthrough Group of the Year’ and played the full 2014 Vans Warped Tour. In 2015 the band served as support on Hawthorne Heights' ‘Stripped Down To The Bone’ acoustic tour.
The trio is putting the finishing touches on their next album which will released later this year on InVogue Records.

MOONSPELL play three shows in the UK and one in Ireland starting at Doom Over London at The Dome, Tufnell Park on March 26, 2016

CIRCLE OF DUST Releases "Contagion" Music Video
Industrial rock legend CIRCLE OF DUST has released a music video for his track “Contagion.” This is the first-ever music music video to be created using iOS “reality distortion” app Hyperspektiv, which was developed by a three-man team including founding Glitch Mob member Justin Boreta. The real time video and audio app uses an intuitive, touch-based approach, allowing users to dive right into using visual effects. The results are high quality productions that prior to now, would require both powerful and expensive software, and years of experience. With Hyperspektiv, this is now possible on an iPhone. The app has already been featured on The Wall Street Journal and The Creator's Project.
Fans can “Spread the Contagion” by downloading the song for FREE at CircleofDust.net, purchasing Hyperspektiv in the App Store, and submitting up to :30 of original footage for a crowdsourced version of the music video to be released at a later date.
CIRCLE OF DUST is the brainchild of Klayton - who is most well-known for his project Celldweller, and owning the independent record label FiXT.
About CIRCLE OF DUST:
Circle of Dust, the 90s industrial / electronic-rock project created by visionary artist/producer Klayton, marked the beginning of the musical career of the man who later went on to create independent success as Celldweller, as well as forming his own label - FIXT. Along with four full-length Circle of Dust albums in the 90s (Circle of Dust, Brainchild, Metamorphosis, Disengage), Klayton created a side-project under the name Argyle Park, which featured a vast collection of guest collaborators, including Tommy Victor of Prong, J.G. Thirlwell of Foetus and Mark Salomon (Stavesacre/Crucified).
Locked away collecting "dust" for 20+ years, the rights to the Circle of Dust & Argyle Park albums were unavailable to Klayton as the original labels they were signed to shut down in the mid-90s. After 2 decades of pursuing a deal to regain ownership of the albums, Klayton was finally able to reclaim the rights in 2015.
As Klayton began planning the remastering and re-release of the original albums, a new idea began to grow. He decided to not only re-release each album, but to fully resurrect the project and create a new full-length Circle of Dust album, to be released December 2016, nearly 20 years after the last Circle of Dust release.
Not only are all the re-releases being remastered, but each will include demos, unreleased bonus tracks, acoustic/alternate versions of tracks as well as some new remixes, with each album being released every 8 weeks, starting with the Self-Titled on March 4th, 2016.
