Enter Shikari have today released a stream of their forthcoming album ‘The Mindsweep’ (out in the UK properly in one week’s time. January 19th 2015), via their site www.entershikari.com.
Featuring the singles ‘The Last Garrison’ and ‘Anaesthetist’, as well as the track ‘Never Let Go Of The Microscope’, which the band streamed via their Youtube channel recently, ‘The Mindsweep’ is the 4th full-length studio album by Enter Shikari and comes almost exactly three years to the day after the release of the band’s last album, ‘A Flash Flood Of Colour’.
Enter Shikari lyricist / singstress, Mr Rou Reynolds of Hertfordshire, had this message to share on the subject of making the album available to hear: “This limbo period... this purgatory… is finally over. We can present to you all the fruits of adversity. This bastion. This new limb. This lasting record of who we are, and what we stand for, in the year 2015AD. I hope it makes your Tympanic Membrane vibrate and your neurons fire like nothing else before.”
Pre-orders for the album are available now from www.entershikari.com, including a pair of rather lavish super-limited-edition formats and exclusive coloured vinyl available only via the band’s own webstore.
The band have also announced a short run of UK album signing sessions in record shops, as well as a special ‘album launch’ show at Kingston’s Rose Theatre in association with Banquet Records on Sunday 18th Jan, and have plans for something a bit special for London on the Monday of release on 19th.. the details for which will be forthcoming in the next day or so.

The band have also announced two high-profile UK festival headline slots - the first of which sees them headlining the Second Stage at Download Festival in June, and then headlining Somerset’s Nass Festival in July - as well as several in Europe.
