ROYAL REPUBLIC - SWEDISH ROCKERS ANNOUNCED FOR THEORY OF A DEADMAN UK TOUR EARLY 2016

Royal Republic are excited to announce that they will be touring the UK early in 2016 with Theory Of A Deadman…

"We're absolutely stoked to announce our return to the UK! Very much looking forward to supporting Theory Of A Deadman on these dates, and very much looking forward to playing some new stuff! It'll be brutal! Can't wait!"

With concentrated passion, brilliant hooks, sweeping drums and an exceptional overall drive, Royal Republic from Sweden have worked their way to the top level of European rock acts. Their past two albums, ‘We Are The Royal’ and ‘Save The Nation’, positioned themselves high up in the charts in many European territories. Now, the four Swedish rock heroes are taking the next step by releasing their third album, ‘Weekend Man’, and if you ask the band, those have been ambitiously big steps: They wanted to create “something which feels like a dynamic overall journey”, not only song-wise, but also in terms of developing new sounds.

This new album, which has been recorded and produced by Christian Neander & Michael Tibes in Berlin, offers not only exciting style cruises but also Royal Republic’s well known rock beats full of beastly intensity and passion. The prime example of this hot mixture is their latest featured track / video release ‘Baby’, in which all the factors that make Royal Republic so unique join up: The hook-line, which goes straight into your cerebral cortex, mixes with razor-sharp guitars underlined by a beat that screams for your hips to move. Or to put it differently: Those who don’t jump to their feet in order to show their latest dance moves whilst ‘Baby’ is screaming out of their speakers need their serotonin release checked out by professionals.

The video, which has been described by the band as a ‘Super speed roller disco thunder show’, can be viewed here:

‘Weekend Man’ will be released on 26 February 2016 via Spinefarm Records. All album configurations for pre-order are available here.
