In 2015 Raff Sangiorgio launched a one-man band project focused on instrumental guitar songs, in modern metal-rock style, with bluesy influences. The new Album is entitled “Rebirth” and will mark a new way of conceiving a guitar solo album. Its captivating sound will evoke the most modern and cosmic atmosphere along with the temperate emotions of the rock-blues tradition, all mixed, of course, in the subtle echo of death metal. “Rebirth” will be released in 2016... more news to come.
In less than two weeks, the pioneers of industrial-tinged extreme metal, FEAR FACTORY, will kick off their US headlining tour which will see the band perform its classic second album Demanufacture in its entirety. The trek will commence on March 21st and run through May 7th with support provided by Swedish metal unit, Soilwork.
"To me, this album sounds not one day older today than it did in 1995," stated guitarist Dino Cazares, "It's a metal classic for the ages and I'm excited that we are finally going to be able to perform it live in its entirety and songs from Genexus. Play fearlessly."
Adds vocalist Burton C. Bell, "I am looking forward to the upcoming tour where FEAR FACTORY will be performing Demanufacture in full for the first time since we released it in 1995. We have some good friends joining us for everyone's enjoyment. Please come and support the bands that tour hard, and play harder!"

FEAR FACTORY's latest offering, Genexus, was released worldwide via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. The album charted in several countries around the globe, coming in at #13 on the World Top 40 Chart, and once again solidifying the band's stature as an international force! In addition, Genexus has surpassed the band's last two releases, Mechanize (2010) and The Industrialist (2012), in terms of first-week sales and chart numbers in the United States.
Genexus world chart positions include:
Australia #15 Austria #25 Belgium #35 Canada #36 Czech Republic #42 Finland #25 France #55 Germany #17 Ireland #7 (Top 20 Indie) Netherlands #34 Sweden #12 (Rock/Metal) Switzerland #18 UK #31 USA #37 World #13
Genexus was produced by vocalist Burton C. Bell and guitarist Dino Cazares, and co-produced by long-time collaborator Rhys Fulber. The album was mixed by famed British producer and engineer, Andy Sneap (Arch Enemy, Testament, Exodus et al). Artwork was once again handled by artist Anthony Clarkson. Drums on Genexus were performed by Mike Heller (Malignancy). Formed in Los Angeles, California in 1990, FEAR FACTORY changed the world of metal and have become an immense influence on the genre ever since their inception. The band's unique sound helped bridge the gap between death metal, grindcore, thrash, and industrial on landmark releases like Soul Of A New Machine, Demanufacture, and the gold-selling release, Obsolete.
London's indestructible masters of metal, Orange Goblin, are proud to be a part of the Spinefarm Records family following Spinefarm’s recent acquisition of Candlelight Records.
Not just the UK's reigning champions of balls-out, party-starting, booze-fuelled metal, but one of the very best live rock bands of recent times, the mighty Goblin have been a permanent and universally admired fixture on the British metal circuit (and beyond) for the past 20 years.
Moving forward, all new Orange Goblin recordings will be released via Spinefarm/Candlelight Records; OG can now take their place amongst metal heavyweights such as Venom, Electric Wizard, Airbourne,Ghost and Rammstein (to name but a few).
And this new relationship kicks off in considerable style, with Orange Goblin appearing as Special Guests to Monster Magnet on the latter’s one-off headline London show at The o2 Forum, Kentish Town; this event takes place on Saturday, March 19th.
Following this, the band can now reveal that they will be touring the UK in late September / early October, playing select shows in towns and cities that they did not visit on the 20th Anniversary Tour last December.
